The Agilent 4UHV Ion Pump Controller controls up to four ion pumps simultaneously, allowing independent operation of the pumps and support for each model (including Diode, Noble Diode, and StarCell).The LCD display reads and shows four channels of information simultaneously, including ion pump voltage, current, and pressure. Variable voltage provides excellent readout of pumping speed and pressure. Built-in setpoints, remote operation, and RS232/485 power come standard. 4UHV Ion Pumps - Designed for Ultra-High Vacuums

High Vacuum Processing
Agilent Vacuum employs a rigorous high vacuum process to ensure the superior quality of its ion pumps:
- The ion pump body and all internal materials are degassed at 450ºC in a rigorous ultra-high vacuum environment.
- Each ion pump is analysed by RGA and packaged under vacuum-tight conditions before leaving the factory
Customised design according to user's special requirements
Custom-designed pump body structures are available according to user requirements:
- Cryogenic cartridges and titanium sublimation pumps available with side or bottom mounting options
- Ion pumps with customised composite aspirator (NEG) modules
- Integrated heating and baking unit

High Voltage Power Cords
- New high-voltage power cable with "high-voltage safety interlock" to avoid potential discharge risk
