Agilent manufactures outstanding turbomolecular pumping systems/units (TPS) that provide reliable vacuum in a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications. Turbomolecular pumping solutions are available with TwisTorr FS series turbomolecular pumps with pumping speeds of 70-700 L/s, IDP and TriScroll dry pre-pumps from 3-30 m3/h, DS rotary vane pumps from 5-30 m3/h, and intelligent pressure reading vacuum gauges. These innovative systems are available in modular or integrated versions. Molecular Pump Unit Overview

The TPS-mini is a ready-to-use dry pumping unit, making it the ideal vacuum solution for small chambers and gauge calibration systems. The on/off switch is easy to use and high vacuum levels can be achieved with a single tap.

TPS Compact Turbomolecular Pumping Unit
The TPS Compact Pumping Unit is a portable, oil-free turbomolecular pumping unit. Equipped with the TwisTorr 74 FS or 305 FS turbomolecular pumps and backed by Agilent's 3 m3/h (60 L/min) scroll dry pump technology, it offers the fastest pumping speeds on the market in a small footprint. The large pressure display enables a wide range of active gauge readings to be taken.
The TPS compact pumping unit operates on worldwide voltages and is CE/CSA-UL certified.
The system is ideal for large 100 L medium vacuum chambers in university laboratories, industrial applications and medical applications. The on/off switch is easy to use and high vacuum levels are achieved with a simple push of a button.

TPS-flexy Turbomolecular Pumping Unit
The Agilent TPS-flexy turbomolecular pumping unit is a flexible, customisable high vacuum system. It is available with a choice of three pre-stage dry pumps (IDP-7 scroll dry, IDP-3 scroll dry, or MD-1 diaphragm pump) and two turbomolecular pumps (Twis Torr 74 FS and 305 FS). With more than 40 options, you can find the right combination for your application!
The TPS-flexy package allows you to select your own components and configure the system to meet a variety of challenging applications. Quickly remove the turbomolecular pump from the platform and install it directly in the system, maximising pumping speed.

TPS-Mobile turbomolecular pumping unit
The TPS Mobile System is a customisable high pumping speed pumping unit on a small footprint rolling cart. Choose from more than 400 configurations, including small and medium-sized pumps ranging from 70-700 L/s with IDP or TriScroll scroll dry pumps (3-30 m3/h), or DS rotary vane pumps (6-30 m3/h) as pre-pumps. TwisTorr turbomolecular pumps.The wide range of options for TPS mobile systems includes the new TwisTorr 305 technology, available in high compression ratio (TwisTorr 305 FS) and high throughput (TwisTorr 305 FSQ) configurations.
When it is necessary to evacuate large systems and maintain the greatest possible mobility, the TPS mobile system is the ideal solution. Add the correct gauge to monitor system pressure.
